I expected a lot more for the price. What showed up was fine, I guess, but this little overpriced thing definitely wasn’t worth the money. Quality was just okay, nothing special

I ordered this as a personalised gift for my mum and it was such a nice little keepsake. Adding the names and dates was really simple and didn’t take long at all, which I appreciated because I’m not always the most patient with customisation options. When it arrived, it looked really lovely and felt special rather than just like a standard gift. My mum absolutely loved it, and it definitely got the reaction I was hoping for. I’d happily order again, especially for another birthday or family occasion

When it arrived, it just didn’t look as nice as I expected. The print was kind of blurry, and the frame felt flimsy, like it might not hold up for long. I also couldn’t help wondering if there were some hidden costs baked in somewhere, because for what I paid, it didn’t really feel worth it.

I’d been looking for something simple to fill a blank space on my wall, and ended up ordering a calligraphy print from Islamic Art. I spent longer than I expected choosing the frame, but once it arrived and I put it up, it really pulled the space together. The colours are soft and calm, not too bright or distracting, which is exactly what I wanted. Overall, I’m really happy with how it looks.

I had to wait longer than I expected to hear back, and while they did eventually respond, it left me feeling a bit unsure about relying on them. The answer they gave was helpful enough, so I can’t say the service was bad, but the slow communication definitely made me lose some trust. It was okay overall, but faster updates would make a big difference

I ordered from islamicart.co.uk and, it turned up way faster than I was expecting. I’m sure it was earlier than the delivery estimate, or at least it felt like it. The packaging was fine too, no problems with anything. Overall, I’m happy with it

The item got here in one piece, so I’m glad about that, but the packaging wasn’t great. The box was bent on one side and there was barely any padding inside, which made me a little nervous opening it. I also kind of felt like nobody really read or paid attention to the order before packing it up. Luckily the product itself wasn’t damaged, but I expected it to be packed with a bit more care.
